ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your BAUMCHALET is reserved for you from the moment of our confirmation and your payment. On your arrival day it is all yours from 3 PM. On the day of departure, the check-out time is 10:30 AM at the latest. It is not possible to guarantee which chalet you will be renting out but we take requests and do our best to fulfill them.

YOUR WAY TO US
Our houses are well hidden in a charming rural location. But all the streets to our houses are taken care of, especially in the winter time: Not even our heavy snowfalls can stop you from getting here.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your booking is confirmed with us from the moment of payment. Before payment, reservations are tentative and subject to availability.

BOOKING
Our prices are set per day per BAUMCHALET – it doesn’t matter if you come alone or with three other people. If you wish to have breakfast delivered in the mornings, this is possible and we charge 21€ per adult and 12€ per child (up to the age of 16). Our parking lots in front of the chalets are all free.

VILLAGE SHOP & OTHER SHOPPING POSSIBILITIES
If you need groceries for a BBQ at our magnificent fireplace or maybe for a romantic home cooked dinner in your chalet, you will find all you need in the close by village shop. If the shop isn’t open or if you feel like you haven’t found everything you need, there is a Rewe in Weitnau and a number of supermarkets in Immenstadt. Both are about 15 minutes’ drive.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS & FESTIVITIES

We are open to (almost) every idea that our guests can possibly come up with. Whether it is a company celebration in your BAUMCHALET with a live-cooking-show or maybe a romantic proposal with private photographer – we love to help you create your special moments. We are widely connected with loads of different amazing people and organisations across the Allgäu and always know whom to call – may it be a professional ski touring guide or an old herbalist.

PRICES
Should the value-added tax increase, we will adjust our prices accordingly. So, if you find there are slightly different prices in your booking confirmation than on our website, please consider the ones in your confirmation as the right ones.

PETS
We hope you will understand that you can only bring your pets to four of our five BAUMCHALETS. We prefer to keep one house animal-free for guests with allergies. We also reserve the right to only accept a tolerable number of animals per chalet. We politely ask you to keep your dogs on a leash when walking on ours or the neighbours’ estate and of course to always clean up after your dogs.

VISITOR'S TAX
The visitor’s tax is not included in our prices online. It adds up to 1,60€ per adult per night (aged 16 and over), 0,80€ per child per night (from 6 - 16). Children under the age of six do not pay any visitor’s tax.

MINIMUM STAY
We rent out our houses for a minimum stay of two nights. Within official holidays the minimum stay rises to four nights. As mentioned already, it is possible to stay with us for one night but only if there is a booking gap. We can’t always guarantee a booking gap but we will try our best to make your dream vacation come true.

OPENING HOURS
We are open 365 days a year. Our office is open from Monday until Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and again from 2 PM until 5 PM. Feel free to call us within these times. Requests via e-mail or via our website are always possible and we try to process them as fast as possible.

COUPONS / GIFT CERTIFICATES
You can either choose a coupon with a specific value or you can choose one that is service-based, for example for a two-night-stay for two people, breakfast included. Our coupons do not expire and they are transferable. A withdrawal or cancellation is possible but we charge 10% of the voucher value as a processing fee. If you need to cancel your coupon please contact us vie e-mail and don’t forget to mention your booking reference and the correct name of the original buyer.

SMOKING
All of our BAUMCHALETS are non-smoking houses but please feel free to smoke outside and on our terraces.

INVOICE
It is possible to pay for your stay with us via bank transfer. If you add any additional services during your stay and after you have already paid (for example if you decide to have breakfast delivered after all) you will receive an invoice via e-mail.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
If you are late for your vacation, have to cancel your booking or leave us earlier than expected we do charge a cancellation fee, according to the EU-norms. This is why we recommend travel insurance.

CANCELLATION
You can’t go on your vacation because something important came up? It is possible to cancel your booking up until four weeks beforehand. You can choose between a coupon with your stay’s value or a refund. We only offer a refund if we can manage to rent “your” BAUMCHALET for the same period to someone else. This is also the case for earlier departures or later arrivals – that’s why we strongly recommend travel insurance.

MORE PEOPLE
For larger groups of more than four people we offer extra-beds. Our BAUMCHALETS have been designed for a maximum of four people, so extra sleeping arrangements might be a little improvised. For every additional person we charge a fifth of the booking price per night, visitor’s fee excluded.

DRONES
To maintain our guest’s and our neighbours’ privacy we do not allow the usage of drones. This is also the case at the close-by campsite. If you want to make a film out of your vacation and bring your drone, please contact us beforehand and we can try to arrange something.
