Any disputes between consumer and provider in terms of purchase contracts online are meant to be settled via an online platform and out of court. This platform is being hosted by the EU Commission:  http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr 

Our company does not take a part in the procedures concering alternative dispute setteling, provided by said EU Commission. Until now this means that the platform can not be used for clients of our company. 
We are neither willing nor obligated to take part in any dispute setteling procedures.
